In order to be considered for a Grammy Nomination, the label of any given artists (rarely, but at times the artists themselves) must submit any songs/albums/videos they want the Recording Academy to consider for nomination. Any submissions must be according to the regulations of the Academy. Any artist missing to submit a song even if was the number 1 hit of the year, will definitely not be nominated. Well, peabodies, we got a list of submissions for The Black Eyed Peas and others for Fergie! REMEMBER: These are not the official nominations.

Taboo just confirmed via blackeyedpeas.com that the rumored single “Bang Bang Get It” is not a song from their upcoming album “The Beginning”. He wrote the following:
I repeat bang bang get it is not a song off the new album , what u saw in that video was me acting foolish joking around listening to freestyles not anything from the up and coming album , when the album is ready you will have a proper and much better understanding of the work we’ve done , I apologize for confusing everybody , it was dumb of me to put out foolishness like that to get u excited over nothing, it will never happen again y’all .. You will get something soon the RIGHT way as u should … Thanks ….. Taboo
Even though violence has considerably increased in Mexico throughout the past couple of years, Taboo, a Mexican-American stated he is not worried.
“I am mexican, so I don’t give a…”, he said in spanish through a telephone interview. “I am part of this culture and I’m not going to be scared of it”.
Days before his performances at Monterrey’s Estadio Tecnológico (past Thursday), Estadio Azteca in Mexico City (today) and Estadio 3 de Marzo of Guadalajara (October 6), Taboo assured to feel calm, since he considers his Mexican roots help him mix in with the people of the country. ”If I were a ‘gringo’ I’d be worried, but I’m Mexican, my roots are Mexican”, he commented.
“I can put on a ’sombrero’ and some sunglasses, and no one will ever know it’s me”.
But for the rest of the Peas, it’s not as simple, and they should feel a bit preoccupied.
“It’s different for them, because Fergie is white, Will.I.Am black and Apl.De.Ap has a mohawk, so it might be a bit difficult to mix into Mexico, but for me it’s much easier”.
Though, Taboo assures the The Black Eyed Peas are in Mexico to have fun.
“Were just here to have a good time, we won’t visit dangerous ares, we will stay nearby.”
HE WONT GET INVOLVED WITH NARCS
Taboo spoke up against Arizona’s SB 1070 law, but he is not willing to do the same against narcotraffic (drug cartels) in Mexico.
