will.i.am officially confirmed the next single from The Black Eyed Peas during his Ustream chat today – “DON’T STOP THE PARTY”! The video for the song will be launching on ITUNES worldwide tomorrow!
“It was the easiest video I ever shot because it was us living our lives,” explains Fergie. I love that it’s showing a true perspective of how it can sometimes be lonely on the road away from our loved ones. It also demonstrates the love and connection we have with Japan. Our heart goes out to all of the Japanese people who have been affected by this natural disaster.”
Taboo continues, “It was an amazing moment in time because Japan has always been my favorite place on the planet and it was great to do our video there! God bless the Japanese our love goes out to them.”
apl.de.ap confirmed that “doing it guerrilla style in Tokyo was the way to capture it!”
Directed by Ben Mor
Video Producers: Megan Gutman and Kathy Angstadt
Production Company: Little Minx

While the music video for Beautiful Dangerous was to be released tomorrow, it leaked online earlier today.
She went to a dark place,” the ex–Guns N’ Roses guitarist, 45, tells Us of her portrayal of a crazed fan who ties him to a bed, kisses him and teases him with a knife — while clad in leather lingerie. ”She nailed it.”
Says Fergie, 35, who came up with the concept and teases Slash in the video with a knife, “I wanted to stalk him — just a normal day at the office!”
Check out the video below, and tell us in the comment your opinion on it!
Edit: We removed the leak, and here it is in High Quality
Do not expect to see the Black Eyed Peas be the group ruling the nominations at this year’s Grammy Awards, much less expect them to take at least 2 awards with them. The label of a recording artist is the one in charge of submitting what songs they want considered by the academy to be up for nomination. This year, the peas’ label only submitted to one category.
The Black Eyed Peas were able to submit Imma Be and Rock That Body, since those two were the only songs released during the Grammy deadline. While they could’ve gone with Imma Be for Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Pop or even Rap, and Rock That Body for Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Pop or Dance Recording, they opted not to. The only one submitted to was Best Short Form Music Video for Imma Be Rocking That Body.
Though, you might see Fergie, Will.I.Am or Apl.De.Ap come out with nominations apart from the peas! The three were submitted various times for the songs Gettin’ Over You, Check It Out, Wavin’ Flag, Spaceship and OMG through the labels of the lead artists of those songs.
We remind you that these are not official nominations! A label submits songs to the Grammy Academy and from the hundreds of songs submitted under each category, they will come out with the 5 nominated songs/albums/videos in about 2 months.
Here are the complete submissions for Black Eyed Peas, Fergie, Will.I.Am, and Apl.De.Ap:
Record of the Year

- Usher feat. Will.I.Am – OMG
